Re : Waterborn Kit Order Forms : 2011/2012 Season : September 2011

This is just a gentle reminder hat if you have not yet handed your kit order form in and wish to place an order, please make sure that you have this order form with my by no later than Friday. 30th September 2011.

• No further kit orders will take place after September 2011 until May 2012.
• Hard copy order forms with proof of payment attached can be handed in as follows:-

Forms may be handed to Julie Langley or your respective coach. Alternatively, these may be posted at the Waterborn Post Box now situated with the coaches’ on pool deck. No Cash in the Waterborn Post Box please!
